With the prices of eggs rising I found a a couple yummy pancake recipes that I am loving!
My little one is absolutely LOVING them! She helps me mix the batter, and the best part? She can munch on it without any worries about raw eggs! It’s a win-win situation—baking fun and tasty treats together!
This recipe is super simple and easy! No fuss no muss and you can use what ever flour you desire. We used half all purpose Gluten free and half almond flour for the extra protein. Throw in some fruit or chocolate chips and it s great grab and go breakfast or snack.
1 cup all-purpose flour ( I used gluten free and almond)
2 teaspoon baking powder
tiny pinch of salt
½ cup unsweetened applesauce *homemade or store-bought
½ cup + 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk of choice *oat milk, almond milk, soy milk
2 tablespoon maple syrup *optional
