
HYPNO-BREATHWORK
Hypno-breathwork is a guided experience that combines intentional breathing with visualization to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your body.
Through simple, rhythmic breathing patterns, the body begins to shift out of a constant “thinking” state and into a more relaxed, present, and focused awareness. From there, guided visualization helps you create a sense of safety and ease within your body — allowing you to release tension, gain clarity, and reset both mentally and physically.
This practice is designed to be accessible, supportive, and deeply grounding, giving you a simple tool you can return to anytime you need to relax, refocus, or reconnect.

What Does a Session Look Like?
Hypno-breathwork can be experienced in both one-on-one sessions and group settings, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
One-on-One Sessions
Your first session is about 90 minutes, giving us time to slow down, connect, and create a personalized experience just for you.
You don’t need to bring anything — just come as you are.
We’ll begin by talking through what you’d like support with, whether that’s stress, feeling overwhelmed, needing clarity, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and connected in your body.
From there, I’ll guide you through a breathwork and visualization experience tailored to you. There’s no pressure to “do it right” — this is a space to relax, explore, and simply notice what comes up.
Each session is different, because your body leads the experience.

This 5-class hypno-breathwork series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and build simple, supportive tools you can use in your everyday life.
Each session builds on the last, creating a progressive and grounded experience that allows you to slow down, become more present, and feel more at ease in your body.

• Creating a sense of safety within the body through breath and awareness
• Developing inner awareness and connection through light inner child work
• Processing and expressing grief in a healthy, supported way
• Understanding and expressing anger in a constructive and empowering way
• Integration of tools and practices for daily life

Participants will leave with practical tools to help manage stress, improve focus, and feel more grounded in both body and mind.
