I offer personalized sessions for you or your group. Whether you are new to yoga and just want to know the basics and fundamentals or you are a practiced yogi and need to work on alignment and getting deeper into your practice, we can work together to create a session for you (and/ or a group) to get what you need out of your yoga practice.
This is open to individuals, workshops for your office, church, kids group and more.
These sessions are available in your own home, office or at my office. I aim to make this practice as accessible to you as possible.
Classes are set up as 60 or 90 minute sessions.
You can add this service to any package or program that I provide.
A package of Yoga sessions is also available to add affordability for your convenience.

REIKI
Definition:
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
